Access Rates: We have implemented a tiered price system for many of our paid programs. We invite registrants to choose the option that works best for them. At checkout, simply choose the option best for you. Our pricing tiers are as follows: 

• Standard Member/Nonmember Admission - Covers your seat

• Access Supporter - Covers your seat, plus extra to help someone else join

• Access Registrant - Covers your seat at a lower rate; available in a limited number for each eligible class or concert*; no documentation is required. 

*Access Registrant seats available on a first come first serve basis; if one is not available, feel free to request one at learn@farnsworthmuseum.org  and we will place you on a waiting list.

Refund Policy: The course cost will be refunded if you notify the Learning and Engagement Department by email at: learn@farnsworthmuseum.org of your intent to withdraw up to one week prior to the date of the first class. You will receive an email acknowledgment and your refund will be credited within 48 hours. If you withdraw within one week of the class start date, your registration will not be refunded.  

Class cancellation: If a course is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue refunds for the program. If there is a class session scheduled which needs to be canceled due to weather or instructor availability we will arrange a make-up class at the end of the session.
